Kenya Kitesufing Holidays

Kenya is undoubtedly the most famous safari destination in the world. The astonishing migration of the wildebeest into the Masai Mara from the Serengeti is something to behold. The ‘Big 5′ - lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo - are kings of the land and roam free stalking their prey. Add to this Kenya’s pristine beaches, the clear waters of the Indian Ocean, mountain peaks, vast plains, wide open savannas, lush highlands (growing world famous coffees and teas) and the Great Rift Valley, and you have an amazing holiday destination with temperatures that remain comfortably warm all year round.

For kitesurfers, the eastern coast of Africa has two seasonal winds, the Kuzi and the Kaskazi. Both blow cross-shore and give reliable conditions year round, with the exception of a rainy season in May and June and a period of lighter winds in the autumn.

After a week kitesurfing why not go on an African Safari?  There are plenty of safaris to choose from to suit your requirements  – please give us a call for more details.

The resorts which we operate to in Kenya are Diani Beach, Galu Galu and Che Shale.
