Diani beach is an exclusive holiday resort with 5* hotels, stunning palm lined beaches and superb windsurfing and kitesurfing for all levels. Diani has two wind seasons; the Kaskasi (Dec to April) when the winds are from the north, the days are hot (30 – 35°C) and the wind strength is up to 16 - 22 knots, and the Kuzi (June to September) when the winds are from the south, the days are cooler (22 – 28°C) and the winds are stronger 20 – 28 knots.
The beach is wide and long and has a reef 300 meters from the shoreline giving lagoon-type sea conditions which are ideal for those learning. The reef also provides an excellent wave riding and jumping ground for the more advanced sailor, and a sand bar provides excellent first-time waves for the novice waverider – perfect!
The resort has a delightful wave-lapped beach and restaurant, and an international dive school offering luxury boat trips, game fishing and, of course, scuba diving.

The Centre
The windsurf centre is only a short walk from the hotel and adds an active ingredient to a fantastic beach holiday. The centre is staffed by a team of international instructors who will be happy to get you started on the right path in idyllic surroundings.
