For 2012 we are now also offering a new higher level accommodation, the North Camp Bungalows. These are located to the north of our existng accommodation on an excellent part of the lagoon, and offer beautifully finished air conditioned bungalows. Choose between the superior bungalows which are slightly larger with ensuite facilities, or the new “Young Blood” bungalows with their shared facilities for those on more of a budget.

The setting for your accommodation is unique as you are directly on the shores of the Dakhla lagoon in the middle of the Sahara and right next to our partner kite centre. All bungalows have ensuite facilities and enjoy direct westerly views across the lagoon. A great spot for sundowners at the end of the day!

Dakhla South Camp Tents

Perfect for those travelling on a budget, the tents all have proper beds, electricity, a fan to keep you cool, and are excellent value for money. Located behind a sand dune in order to keep them out of the wind, the tents have shared facilities close by. More basic than the bungalows, but at a very competitive price!

• Individual comfortable and practical tents
• Tents come complete with electricity. Showers and toilets are close by and are shared
• Situated 500m from the main camp facilities
