How to book

To book your Waveriders holiday all you need to do is to complete our enquiry form or call the team on 01273 224 069. We will then call you back to run through your options and check current availability directly on our live booking system.

As a tour operator we book your flights, transfers and accommodation directly, however we can also act as an agent when there is a very good holiday package available elsewhere – when we look at your requirements we’ll be able to advise on the best options.

We advise that you pre-book the options below to avoid disappointment in resort:

• Kite and board rental (kitesurfing), sail and board rental (windsurfing)
• Storage and rescue
• Tuition courses
• Advanced coaching

We take a deposit of £250 per person to confirm your holiday, with the balance due 10 weeks prior to departure. Where your departure date is within 10 weeks, or you are booking certain flights, we may need to take a higher deposit at the time of booking.

Accommodation star ratings
The ratings that we have given for accommodations throughout our programme are Waveriders ratings, based on our personal experience, and comparing like for like across each resort.  These may differ to the accommodation’s own rating that is based on different criteria.

Accommodation descriptions
The hotel descriptions we have on our website are correct to the best of our knowledge. However, the responsibility for the accuracy of the description of the hotel and its facilities lie with the hotels, and we cannot be held liable for any changes or discrepancies to services or facilities that have not been brought to our notice.

Package prices
The package prices that we display as a guide throughout our website are subject to fluctuation in line with varying exchange rates at the time of booking.  The exact cost will be confirmed at the time of booking, and this will also take into account any special offers that may be available.

Special offers
Special offers, particularly late deals, are subject to change quickly.  Although they are updated on a regular basis, the offer price cannot be confirmed until the time of booking.

Waveriders understands and respects the importance of your privacy.

The only way we obtain personal information is if you give it to us when we specifically ask for it. We ask you for personal information in a variety of circumstances:

• When you ask for a quotation or brochure request
• When you make a booking
• When you subscribe to our newsletter, enter competitions or register for promotions
• When you take part in surveys or provide us with feedback in the customer service questionnaires

Customers who have supplied personal data in any of the above circumstances will receive the monthly Waveriders newsletter containing promotional information and news where you have expressly opted in at the time of requesting a quote or a brochure, or entering for a competition etc. You are entitled to opt out of receiving the newsletter at any time by clicking the opt-out button on the newsletter.

You may also receive a brochure and other mailings by post. You can opt out of postal mailings at any time by sending an email to info@waveriders.co.uk. Unless you have expressly opted out on the customer service questionnaires, we may extract information you provide and post your comments on our site.

Waveriders uses third parties to help analyse how you use the site. This analytical tool uses ‘cookies’, which are text files placed on your computer, to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is transmitted to the third party. This information is then used to evaluate your use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity.

Your personal details will not be passed to any third parties except where necessary to process your booking or enquiry. Your details may be passed to countries outside of the UK and the European Economic Area in order to process and arrange for the products and services you request. When you submit your booking or request to us you agree that we may use and transfer your personal information, including sensitive information, in this manner.

This privacy policy does not cover the links within this site to other sites.
